He advised AECOM/IFC on creating Special Economic Zones in Haiti, and headed I-TRADE, a USAID-funded project to improve Haiti’s investment environment. Earlier, Thierry opened and managed Citibank Haiti branch network and was founding Managing Director of SOFIHDES, Haiti’s leading development bank that funds hundreds of SMEs. He also served as a Senior Banker in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)’s Financial Institutions Group in London. Thierry holds a BA from EM Lyon and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is fluent in French and English and proficient in Haitian Creole, Spanish, and German.
