Group Overview

Leopard Capital was founded in 2007 by Douglas Clayton as a partnership of experienced Asian investment professionals with backgrounds in fund management, investment banking, business consulting, and operations management. This dynamic collaboration of Asian expertise provides Leopard Capital with a sophisticated understanding of the region's development trends and successful business models. The Group leverages its partners' multi-disciplinary insights with local expertise to source unique deal flow.

Leopard Capital LP is based in Cayman Islands and has offices in Phnom Penh and Hong Kong, with a third office in Colombo being established. A Group member, Leopard Capital (Hong Kong) Ltd., is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) activities.
