Leopard Capital is a private equity fund manager specializing in Asia's frontier markets. By providing early stage access into transitional economies, Leopard Capital seeks to generate outsized, uncorrelated returns. 

Leopard Capital was founded in 2007 by a group of senior Asian investment professionals with backgrounds in investment management, corporate finance, stockbroking, consulting and economics. This dynamic collaboration of Asian expertise provides Leopard Capital with a sophisticated understanding of the region's development trends, financial systems, political structures, and business groups. The Group leverages its partners' multi-disciplinary insights with local expertise to source unique deal flow in overlooked areas.

In April 2008 the Group launched Cambodia’s first multi-sector investment fund, Leopard Cambodia Fund LP, which attracted over $27 million of committed capital from international investors.  The Fund is now actively investing in Cambodian businesses and projects.

Leopard Capital operates from offices in Phnom Penh and Hong Kong. A Group member, Leopard Capital Ltd., is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) activities.  Leopard Capital is a socially responsible enterprise and ensures that its investments fulfill corporate social responsibility standards.
